Fernando J. Gutierrez is a proud graduate of BETA Highschool in Edinburg Texas. He is currently enrolled at UTRGV seeking to obtain a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. As our Paralegal, he ensures that all client’s needs are met. Fernando’s experience in Pre-litigation, Litigation allows him to effectively assist clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintain the case calendar, deadlines, as well as drafting motions, pleadings and letters, while navigating and assisting their insurance law claims and disputes.
